Fortunately, my company is a smart one. They know that just like customers appreciate and need a sort of customer rewards program to keep them coming back, there needs to be a kind of rewards program   for their employees too, to keep them coming back for another day of abuse in some jobs, like mine. It never takes too many customers in the course of my day until I am getting walked all over and I want to scream and shout and pull all of my hair out.

But about that time, I will get an email from the company that is talking about another new class that we can come join for free, like Thai boxing or kickboxing or even yoga. Or maybe a new giveaway that they are doing, or else an email that is excitedly saying what a great job so and so did on their sales today. Sometimes that person that is being heralded for their great work in their job has been me, and even though it is such a small thing, like I said, it has managed to be enough to keep me going when I have not wanted to. It is definitely a move that is great for a company to make for their employees no matter what job it is. Everyone appreciates being appreciated, I think.
