Help for Terrible Headaches

I really need some advice. I get horrible migraines. I’ve had them since I was three years old. My mom can actually remember the first one that I got. As I’ve gotten older, they seem to have gotten worse and I get them more often.
When I was pregnant I got them so much that I actually had to quit working much earlier than I had planned. I knew that I wanted to stay home with my baby once she was born so I was going to work right up until my due date. Because of my migraines, I ended up quitting at the end of my first trimester! I was getting migraines three or four days a week. They were so bad that I was physically sick and the only thing that I could do was lie in bed. I had medication that helped but I couldn’t take it due to the pregnancy.
Since I’ve had my baby, the headaches have eased up a bit but they are still pretty bad. I also still cannot take my medication because I’m nursing my baby. I’ve been considering natural pain relief techniques. I tried breathing techniques but they weren’t successful for me. I actually have an appointment to try acupuncture even though I hate needles. A friend also recommended magnetic therapy so I want to check that out too. If one of these techniques alone won’t help, maybe using more than one will.

Definitely try the magnetic therapy, but whatever you do , don’t get the cheap costume stuff and expect it to work. Get one with a money back guarantee.
