Rough Life

Imagine living in the 1800’s and being one of the early settlers that worked their way out west. You certainly wouldn’t have the day to day worries that people have now, but you would still have serious worries.
As far as property woes, you would kind of get off of the hook. You could just sell your North Carolina land and estate to pay for your wagon and supplies. From there, you wouldn’t worry about what state was the best state to buy land in because you would just go stake a claim or squat on a giant piece of Wyoming acreage!
But like I said, there would be worries. There wouldn’t be any grocery stores or fast food joints with drive through windows. And not only would you be concerned about where the next meal was coming from, but you might worry about some angry Indians coming to scalp you and your family! And last time I checked, infrastructure is man made. So there would be no running water or sewers. And if all that were not enough to really make you realize just how tough life can be, there would be no Wal Mart or Dish Network. No doubt it would be a rough life.
